Occasionally, I will offer small classes on the subjects of energy healing, as well as a certificate course on Spiritual Massage.
Spiritual Massage
Spiritual massage is a very gentle process done on a massage table, fully clothed with a blanket for comfort, coloured gel lighting, music and the smell of essential oils in a healing environment. This would be a similar environment to all the other energy healing sessions.
The purpose of this type of bodywork session is to bring into alignment the physical body as well as the subtle bodies (mental, emotional, spiritual) surrounding it. Students learn how to work with colour, essential oils, flower essences, crystals and gemstones to balance the meridian and chakra system using this gentle and relaxing type of energy work.
A spiritual massage session lasts approximately 1 ½ hours and takes the person receiving the session into a extremely peaceful state where mind chatter stops and there is a connection to their true essence experienced - for some people, this may be their very first time they have felt this connection to their spiritual self!
